Samsung Ads

Overview

One of the challenges I faced was the fact that the Ads design team was primarily located in Montreal, while I was working on-site at the Samsung's R&D center in India. To overcome this challenge, I actively collaborated with the Montreal team to align the design of the SSP with the company's DSP. Through regular communication and design reviews, we were able to ensure that the design was consistent across both platforms.

Working on this project gave me the opportunity to learn about complex design systems and how to work with large amounts of data. I developed an understanding of how design can be used to effectively communicate complex information and make it accessible to users.

In addition, I was fortunate to work with some of the best design minds in the industry. Collaborating with such talented and experienced individuals allowed me to learn from the best and grow as a designer. I am grateful for this experience, and I believe it has helped me become a more skilled and effective designer.

My Role and Responsibilities

• I was working as a Senior Designer, where I was responsible to actively help UX, product and Engineering teams in making data-informed critical design decisions regarding current and future products on Samsung's SSP platform.

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, while leveraging methodologies such as user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation.

• User Interface and Prototyping.
