Overview

In 2019, I joined Hope Research Group as a UI/UX designer and was responsible for designing their mobile app POPProbe. I conducted user research, developed personas, and designed the app's interface, collaborating closely with the development team to optimize the design for usability and engagement. My work helped to improve Popprobe's brand image, increase user engagement, and drive revenue growth. As the sole designer on the project, I took ownership of the design process, ensuring that every aspect of the app's interface was optimized for usability and met the needs of Popprobe's target audience. Through my work, I helped to create a mobile app that was intuitive and user-friendly, providing valuable real-time retail analytics to Coca-Cola and other CPG brand like Burger King, Nestle, BMW, and more.

Problem Statement

As Coca-Cola strive to optimize their retail operations in the Caribbean market, the lack of real-time data and insights from their vendors operating in multiple locations hinders their ability to make informed decisions, which can lead to missed opportunities and lost revenue.
